Welcome to Bucks County Council for Individuals with Disabilities (BCCID). As an advocacy organization for over 20 years, BCCID has assisted individuals and their families navigate the difficult waters of assistance from local, state and federal agencies.

Our Mission is to advocate for and enable persons with disabilities to improve their quality of life, enjoy equal access and to enlighten the community with regard to the needs of persons with disabilities.

We are a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization chartered to promote the wellbeing and independence of children and adults with disabilities in Bucks County, PA.

Each year BCCID grants scholarships to individuals desiring to enter a career working with individuals with disabilities (The Mirca Liberti Scholarship) or individuals with disabilities. These scholarships are awarded based on need and desire.
